Guiding to Store Skagastølstind, known as Storen. Storen is the highest climbing peak and third highest mountain in Norway.
It is situated on the border between the municipality of Luster and Årdal in Sogn og Fjordane region of Norway.
The 2405 masl (7,890 ft) mountain is part of the Hurrungane mountain range.
The summit is a popular destination for mountaineers, but it is fairly difficult to climb. The first ascent was made by William Cecil Slingsby on 21 July 1876. There are a number of different routes, the most popular being Heftyes renne (Heftye’s couloir).

Backpack, mountain boots/shoes, (long) underwear, warm and windproof/waterproof clothing, hat and gloves, as well as food and drink, including a thermos, for a long day out hiking in high mountains.

Children under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- Good physical condition and mountain hiking experience is required.
- Rock climbing degree 3-4.
- Max. 2 participants per guide.

Cancellation 14 days in advance no fee, 13-8 days in advance 50%, 7-4 days 75% and 3 days in advance 100%.
Rebooking is possible after this deadline, up to 3 days before start of the hike. Only one rebooking is possible.
If a trip is postponed by the customer and later cancelled, we will not refund the tour fee amount.Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
All of our deadlines are also valid in case of illness or accident and they are identical with the cancellation rules. Travel insurance is therefore highly recommended!
